TallyBoxHQ is currently in early access and all core features are available at no charge. When premium tiers are introduced, we will provide at least 90 days' advance notice before any charges apply.
When paid plans become available, the following terms will apply:
We will accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through our payment partner. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Subscriptions will be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. Annual plans offer a discounted rate. Your billing cycle begins on the date of your first payment.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email before automatic renewal.

Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Depending on your location, additional VAT, sales tax, or other local taxes may apply and will be shown at checkout.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 60 days at support.tallyboxhq@3shtech.com. We will investigate and resolve payment disputes promptly.
